(Two-Room Suite: Room #1 has 1 full bed & 1 twin bed & it's own separate restroom/shower. Room #2 has 1 queen bed & it's own separate restroom/shower. The rooms share a mini-kitchenette*)

DOGS ONLY.  2 DOG MAXIMUM. This is a flat fee per reservation. It is not charged per night or per dog. All sizes welcome. All animals must be supervised at all times. Cats, birds, rodents and other animal types are not allowed due to potential allergies of guests and staff. There is no fee for service dogs.

* A mini-Kitchenette is a room (it looks just like a small normal kitchen) with a table, chairs, microwave, mini-fridge, kitchen sink, counters and cabinets. There is NO STOVE WITH BURNERS due to fire regulations. Please note, the rooms with 2 full beds do not have a kitchen sink or counters.

 ** The current Kern County transient occupancy tax rate is 6%

***  The twin-size folding bed is suitable only for ages 3 and over. Do not leave children unattended. The bed has a 275lbs maximum capacity.
