  • Forgot your code? No problem! We can supply you with a new code anytime.
  • Hate using door codes? No problem! A key card is waiting for you inside your room.
  • Lost your key card and forgot your code? No problem! We can unlock your door for you remotely and supply you with a new code and key card.


 HOW IT WORKS


After you make your reservation you will receive an email link offering you the ability to complete your check in online. If you complete your online check-in, you will receive an email with your room number and door code on the morning of arrival. Your door code will automatically activate at 2pm. YOU ARE FREE TO ARRIVE ANYTIME AFTER 2PM, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ARRIVE DURING BUSINESS HOURS IF YOU COMPLETE ONLINE CHECK-IN. When you arrive you may go straight to your room. You do not have to visit the office. When you use your code, the system will automatically check you in and the door code will remain active for the duration of your stay, automatically disabling at check-out time. 


IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER


  • If you have not completed online check-in by 10pm on arrival day, you must check in at the office by 10PM to get your room key. The office closes at 10pm so online check-in's will not be received after 10pm so we will be unable to send you a door code after 10pm.
  • Waiting until arrival day to complete online check-in is fine, but you will not receive your email containing your room # and door code in the morning. You will receive your email once we receive your online check-in.
  • Online check-in is not complete until you upload your photo ID
  • If you made your reservation through a third party booking service such as booking.com, expedia.com, airbnb.com, etc. the online check-in link will be sent through their messaging system as they do not provide the motel with a guest's direct email address.

How do I use my code?


To unlock your door: Touch the keypad to make the numbers light up then enter your door code. That's it! 


Is there a key I can use?


A key card can be found in your room so you do not have to continue using the code if you do not wish to.


How do I use the key card?


To use the key card TOUCH IT TO THE KEYPAD AREA.


I lost my key card. Can someone use it to get into my room forever!?


No, just let us know right away and we will disable that card immediately and provide you with a new one. 


Do you actually really look at the ID's uploaded or is it all automated?


A live person actually looks at every single ID uploaded to make sure it matches the reservation and/or credit card. Only after confirmation by a live person will a door code be generated, again by an actual live person. 


I'm worried about uploading my ID. How do I know it's safe?


Images of ID's, signatures, and "selfies" uploaded during online check-in are not retained in our system for the identity protection of our guests. Online check-in images are also not accessible at all by employees once confirmation is complete. A copy of each check-in image is solely retained in a separate secure system accessible only by the motel owner to retain evidence of identity verification.


How do I lock the door?


You do not need to manually lock the door. The door automatically locks after 5 seconds. 


I locked myself out, lost my key card and forgot my code but the office is closed. What can I do!?


Call (760)379-8250 and select extension 4 and we can unlock your room for you remotely.
